TOWARDS #CSW66 #GENERATIONEQUALITY

United Cities and Local Governments with the Global Taskforce of Local and Regional Government partners bring the voice of the Feminist Municipal Movement to the United Nations' 66th session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW66), taking place between 14-25 March 2022.

The Local and Regional Governments Day will take place on 18 March, centring around the theme of “Feminist municipalism: empowering women local leaders as a pathway for the achievement of the SDGs”.

14:00 -15:00 CET - Feminist Municipalism and the Global Agendas 15:00-16:00 CET -  SDG5 in review: the role of local and regional governments, co-organized with CLGF. 17:00-18:00 CET - Empowering women and girls for caring & resilient cities and  territories  18:19:00 CET - Fostering gender equality and climate action through sustainable  urban mobility co-organized with UITP.
