Dear members,
We are pleased to share with you the background documents for the Business Session of the Executive Bureau, to be held on 20 May.
UCLGMEETS
As previously informed, the UCLGMeets platform will be the central virtual space for preparation and exchanges for the Executive Bureau.
As from today, all programmes will be up-dated from the main page of the Bureau, where you will already find:
- The interactive programme day-by-day and the overview programme;
- Detailed descriptions of the sessions, included in the day-by-day programme;
- Additional resources (available via hyperlinks) that we hope you will find useful for the different sessions.
REGISTRATION AND VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION ON UCLGMEETS
We remind you that registration is open and that each member of your delegation is invited to fill in the registration form by 17 May.
Please find hereafter an information note to guide you through the different virtual processes of the Executive Bureau.
As all the sessions will take place via Zoom, we highly recommend to ensure you have the most recent version of the app downloaded tutorial here
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: UCLG ASSESSMENT
We kindly remind you that in the framework of the external assessment mandated by the Governing Bodies, you have been invited to fill in the survey prepared by the consultants’ agency in charge of the assessment. The deadline to fill it in has been extended to 14 May. Please make sure you take the time to make your voice heard.
