Policies and institutions are refined by identifying, systematizing, submitting, and following up on agendas related to decentralization and balanced regional development.
Procedure | Draft agenda identified (internally or proposed by cities/provinces) → Analyze current conditions and outline improvement measures → Collect feedback from cities/provinces → Reviewed by the Local Support Group → Submitted to the Working-level Council (coordination with central ministries) → Submitted to the Central and Local Government Cooperation Meeting ※ However, for agenda items not submitted to the Central and Local Government Cooperation Meeting by the Working-level Council: joint task forces between the central and local governments may be formed and operated, or the items may be converted into mid- to long-term tasks. Items that receive feedback or revisions at the Cooperation Meeting will undergo institutional consultation and continued monitoring. |
